- Put on clean clothes
- Brush teeth
- Drink a boost
- Do 1 hour of work
- Run a lap around the circle (no matter the weather)
- Do 2 hours of work
- Eat a small lunch
- Do 2 hours of work
- Eat a small dinner
- Watch TV
- Take sleep medicine (about an hour before you want to go to bed)
- Read book in bed and sleep
